(1) Company incorporation. Price range: once-off at $300 (includes: name registration $50)
(2) Bookkeeping. Price range: $50 (for dormant company) to $500 (for a medium-sized company)
(3) Preparation of complete set of unaudited accounts. Price range: $150 - $300
(4) Filing of Annual Returns with ACRA. Price: $80
(5) Tax Computation for tax submission to IRAS. Price range: $80 - $500
(6) Filing of ECI with IRAS. Price: $80
(7) The usual AGM / Board resolutions. Price: $100
(8) Registered Office & Secretarial Retainer's Fee. Price: $200 yearly
