MIM-PSMB SME CEOs / Owmers Managership Development Programme And SME Manager Development Programme
Warm Greetings from the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM)!
In line with the Malaysian Government’s efforts to fulfill the national economic growth and human capital and talent development, this MIM-PSMB SME CEOs / Owners Managership Development Programme & SME Manager Development Programme aims to promote a better understanding on entrepreneur and small, medium and large size enterprises (SMEs) development, to train and coach business owners and entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial and management competencies.
The objective of the SME Training Partners Scheme (SMETAP) is to enhance the momentum of retraining and skills upgrading of the workforce among SME employers. Training and skills upgrading of employees at all levels is central to the performance of any organisation. This is vital especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to improve their management and technical skills in order to adapt quickly to constantly changing business environment and to remain competitive.
With over 40 years of excellence in managerial development, we strongly believe that the combination of both the programme and our certified trainers’ experience will be invaluable and most beneficial to entrepreneur and small, medium and large size enterprises (SMEs). Therefore, we are very keen to establish a strong working relationship to ensure that your strategic initiatives for entrepreneur and small, medium and large size enterprises (SMEs) is realised to lead to an outstanding success.
The MIM-PSMB SME Managers Development Programme will commence on October 29 till December 13, 2009. Total training days are 14.5 days. The training fee is RM 7,500 per person.
The MIM-PSMB CEOs / Owners Managership Development Programme (Large) will commence on October 2 till October 18, 2009. Total training days are 6 days. The training fee is RM 4,500 per person.
The training fees will be debited from the employers' levy accounts from HRDF/PSMB in accordance with procedures prescribed. Besides that, interested employers are also applicable for the 80% SMIDEC grant. This would benefit employers as no upfront payment needed.
